By Dan Levine SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - A Facebook Inc shareholder filed a proposed class action lawsuit on Friday in a bid to stop the company's plan to issue new Class C stock, calling the move an unfair deal to entrench Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg as controlling shareholder. The lawsuit, filed in the Delaware Court of Chancery, followed the socia […]

By Noel Randewich SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Apple Inc on Friday ended its worst week on the stock market since 2013 as worries festered about a slowdown in iPhone sales and after influential shareholder Carl Icahn revealed he sold his entire stake. • Google faces first EU fine in 2016 with no deal on cards: sources 29 April 2016
Google is likely to face its first European Union antitrust sanction this year, with little prospect of it settling a test case with the bloc's regulator over its shopping service, people familiar with the matter said. There are few incentives left for either party to reach a deal in a six-year dispute that could set a precedent for Google searches for […]
    • U.S. spy court rejected zero surveillance orders in 2015: memo 30 April 2016
By Dustin Volz WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The secretive U.S. Foreign Surveillance Intelligence Court did not deny a single government request in 2015 for electronic surveillance orders granted for foreign intelligence purposes, continuing a longstanding trend, a Justice Department document showed. The court received 1,457 requests last year on behalf of the Nati […]
    • Amazon's profit and revenue surge sweeps away doubts 29 April 2016
Amazon.com Inc's shares jumped in early trading on Friday, a day after the company reported profit and revenue that swept away analysts' estimates along with doubts about the online retailer's investment spree. "While it's tempting to try to pull out each component of AMZN’s strong 1Q (and generally recent) performance, we think it […]
    • Exclusive: Yahoo's bidder shortlist points to cash deal -sources 29 April 2016
Yahoo Inc has shortlisted close to 10 bidders in the auction for its core Internet assets, including Verizon Communications Inc, with most offers involving cash rather than a combination with another company, according to people familiar with the matter. Some bidders that did not make the shortlist because their first-round offers were not specific enough ar […]
    • See what it’s like to live in solitary confinement with this terrifying VR experience 30 April 2016
Virtual reality is responsible for some of the most fascinating experiences in recent memory, from a tour of Chernobyl to some of the most immersive games in the history of the medium . These are all worthwhile applications of the technology, but it's hard to imagine any of them could be as effective as The Guardian's  virtual experience of solitar […]
    • Cellphone in missing Florida teens case to be reviewed by Apple 30 April 2016
If Apple retrieves anything from the water-damaged phone that relates to the day the boys disappeared - including photos, texts and social media posts - the data will be given to a judge, who will decide if it is evidence and whether it may be shared with the families, according to a report by WPLG television in Miami. The agreement puts to rest, for now, a […]
    • These aren’t Steve Jobs’s last words, but they still managed to inspire a billionaire 30 April 2016
Remember back when email chains were a thing? Instead of sharing anything and everything you find online using Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites, people would pass along anecdotes via email. Several of these chain emails would reach your inbox each day, and you'd forward the best and most inspirational among them to everyone on your contact […]
    • We really wish Apple would start paying more attention to the Mac 30 April 2016
Apple last quarter experienced its first year-over-year drop in revenue since 2003. Not only that, but Apple saw a sales decline across all major product lines: iPhone sales were down 18%, iPad sales were down 19% and Mac sales were down 9%. With most analysts preoccupied with iPhone and iPad sales, it appears that the Mac continues to be overlooked. Which i […]

Meningkatkan Kinerja Kabinet Indonesia Bersatu

Posted by sroestam pada 10 Januari 2008

Kemarin, hari Rabu, 9 Januari 2008 jalan Medan Merdeka Barat terasa sangat macet, dari mulai pagi sampai sore hari. Setelah kami selidiki, ternyata Bapak Presiden R.I. Susilo Bambang Yodhoyono (SBY) menyelenggarakan rapat bersama seluruh jajaran Dept.

Coba kita bayangkan, kalau saja Bapak Presiden R.I.

  • Biaya Satuan Pengamanan Presiden R.I., 200 orang xRp 100.000,- = Rp20 juta
  • Kerugian waktu kerja sekitar 5.000 orang eksekutif yang terjebak macel selama 30 menit rata2 tiap kali melintas di jalur Jalan Merdeka Barat dan sekitarnya, dimana asumsi gaji para eksekutif rata2 adalah Rp 5 juta/bulan (Rp 25.000/jam)= 5.000 orang x0,5 jam xRp25.000,-/jam =Rp 62,5 juta
  • Biaya bensin mobil 5.000 orang eksekutif yang macet 30 menit, dengan asumsi konsumsi bensin rata2 5 liter =5 liter x5.000 mobil x Rp4.500/liter =Rp112,5 juta

Total penghematan adalah Rp 195 juta karena acara Rapat Kerja Presiden R.I. dengan Jajaran Dept. Perhubungan dilakukan melalui Videoconferencing saja.
